MD East is an e-commerce experience with custom operational workflows, including a dedicated front-end workspace for everyday store management.

My responsibility covered the complete build, from shaping the digital experience and its technical foundation through implementation, integration and delivery. The details below describe the actual scope and capabilities rather than invented traffic, revenue or conversion outcomes.

Retail operations extend far beyond product pages: store managers need clear access to orders, wholesale activity, printable documents and catalog administration without complex backend navigation.

I built the WooCommerce-based store and created a role-restricted frontend management layer supported by REST-driven functionality for orders, products, wholesale requests, invoices and operational statistics.
